My father John Higgins date of birth is shown above as 27/01/1933 his actual date of birth is 27/01/1930
my father is now 83 years old and he never played for Ayr United although he did scout for them under Alex Stewart,George Caldwell and Wullie McLean, are there any more of the team that played Rot-Weis Essen still alive ?

He died on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
