3 comments so far (post your own)Tommy Craig was a left-sided midfielder who was a brilliant passer of the ball, short or long, with a thunderbolt shot. The peak of his career was spent with Sheffield Wednesday and Newcastle United (1969-1978). Indeed, with Wednesday he only missed 25 games out of a possible 257 (90% !). Arguably the most efficient penalty-taker of the 1970's.

Misc/trivia :- On 7th May, 1969, Sheffield Wednesday signed Tommy Craig from Aberdeen for £100,000 making Craig the youngest six-figure player in English League history.
