An 'experimental' Hibs line-up effectively ended the Hoops' title hopes. Johannes Edvaldsson brought down McGhee on the edge of the box - Smith fired in the free-kick (24min.).
Same player fouled Muir, in the box, - MacLeod netted the pen.(64min.).

Sub(s):- Duncan > Paterson
Wilson

Referee :- C.H. Hutton, Dunfermline.
